If you nokia 2700 or nokia 5130 is not response when you plug in Charger then try this solution in first Picture, remove red marked components and then make jumper like in picture in the colour yellow and pink. Then check your phone two or three times.Hope your problem will be solved.

When you can plugin charger and your phone show a massage (Not Supported) then try this second picture sulotion, remove resistance (R2070) and also remove kpactors. hope its works.
Warning: Take care your phone`s other components when you are removing selected components.
