How To Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy S3:
1: Press & hold Volume up Button and Home Key (Center Button)
2: Press Power button until your phone vibrate
3: When your phone show Android logo then release all buttons.
4: Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset with Volume down key (Button), press Power Key (Button) on your right hand side
5: Select Yes -- Delete all user data with volume down Key & then press power key
6: When your phone is formatted then press power again to reboot phone. (Select reboot System now)
No turning back after key in.
Bring up dial-pad.

Finally, Samsung Galaxy S3 will be rebooted & factory format.
